Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • US Military installations (APO, FPO, and DPO addresses)

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Processing & Fulfillment

At Brew Shockalaka, we're committed to getting your Coffee Evolved™ to you as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Our fulfillment is handled through our 3PL partner to ensure your products arrive fresh and ready to fuel your performance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly to ensure freshness, any changes or cancellations must be requested within one hour of receiving your order confirmation email. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in fulfillment.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited options (if available): 2-3 business days

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout based on product availability and your selected shipping option. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
